Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games Limited Warranty Statement

Thank you for purchasing a customized video game controller from Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games. We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. This Limited Warranty applies to the original purchaser of the controller and is non-transferable. The warranty is valid 90 calendar days from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games warrants that your customized video game controller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Functional issues related to buttons, joysticks, triggers, installed by Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games

  • Failures of guitar circuits or audio cables made by Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games

  • Other defects will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or modification.

  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage (scratches, fading, etc.).

  • Damage due to liquid spills or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

  • Unauthorized repairs or disassembly.

Remedies

If a defect covered by this warranty is discovered within the warranty period, Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the defective product at no charge, or

  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished controller (guitar circuit or audio cable) of equal value.

Shipping costs for returns will be paid by Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games if the warranty has not been voided due to circumstances covered in the above section.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact our support team at Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video (if applicable)

We may require the controller (guitar circuit or audio cable) to be shipped to our service center for evaluation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Buckroe Beach Guitar & Games shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
