How It Works

  1. Choose Your Core Controller: The first step is to choose whether you want to use one of our core controllers on hand (based on inventory and availability) OR send us your new/used core to modify. When send in your controller, please send the controller only (no accessory cases, cords, thumb-sticks, paddles, etc..) in a securely packed box.

  2. Choose Your Modifications: We split this up into two categories, cosmetic and performance modifications. Please visit our Gallery for some of our recent builds and to get an idea of what you like. We then discuss what modifications you are looking for and then how you want it to look. Look at our modification list below for examples and a rough price guide. We will work with you to bundle everything as a discount if you want multiple modifications and cosmetic upgrades. Once we have agreed upon the desired build, we give you a final price. Handling time varies depending on volume at the workshop.

  3. Expert Craftsmanship: Our team takes controller modding seriously. Excellent tactile feel, button response, and performance is standard. All of our controllers leave the shop as top-notch gaming machines!

  4. Ship It Back: Once we finish our work, we’ll send your personalized controller back to you. Return shipping is always included in the final price.

  5. Unique Options: We are always thinking outside of the box and look for the best quality tactile switches that will out-perform what was shipped from the factory.

  6. 90-Day Warranty: If there are any issues, contact our team here and we will make it right!

These prices are guidelines and are subject to the unique customization that you choose. Cleaning is complimentary with each order. If you request high tension sticks, we recommend only doing the right stick (for aiming in FPS games); however, you can do both if you choose. Here’s how you can make your controller shine:

    • PS5 controllers: We offer TMR modules and tension modules (like Xbox Elite Series 2), cosmetic upgrades, and clicky button kits.

    • Trigger Tactile Switches. (We have Elite Series 2 in stock, Series X/S depends on inventory)

    • LED backlit buttons. From $60 (This will be a case by case mod that may be limited by inventory) (Xbox Series X/S/PS5)

    • Clicky ABXY and/or Clicky LB/RB + Trigger. From $50 (PS5) *Please note selecting clicky trigger option will disable adaptive triggers.

Important Notes:

  • All customization requests are subject to inventory availability and may require additional time for completion.

  • If paintwork is required (painted frames for example) please allow extra handling time, these parts will have to cure before we can install them.
